Lern the basic plastering techniques
Our 4 day intensive plastering techniques course is ideal for anyone wishing to become a plasterer, anyone wishing to do small plastering jobs for customers as part of their trade such as kitchen fitters or tilers or anybody wishing to tackle skimming walls or ceilings or repair a damaged plasterboard wall around the home. Suitable for either men or wemen, home ownners, builders or beginners with no previous plastering experience. With 1 to 1 tuition we can work with you at a pace you are comfortable with.
The course will cover :

Learning about tolls and materials.

Health and safety issues.

Measuring up your own bay.

Cutting and fitting plasterboard to ceilings, walls, windows and corners.

Attaching angle bead, taping and jointing.

Mixing plaster to the correct consistency

Applying skim to walls, ceilings and around windows.

Repairing and patching damaged walls.
Courses will be run over 2 consecutive weekends starting at 9am and finishing apporox 4:30.
The price of the course is £299 per person including VAT.
This covers the cost of all materials and all the tools required to compleat the course will be provided.
To book a place on a course a none refundable deposite of £50 is required per person.
